Family Fit Fridays at MyGym
Bring your kiddos with you to Austin's MyGym, where I offer mamas a 50-minute strength training workout on Fridays at 12:15pm CT, while your kids can explore the gym with the assistance of MyGym's coaches! For those with infants, you're welcome to keep them close or wear them.

Initial Consultation

An initial consultation is required before training with NAVE. During this 75-minute session, we ​will conduct a full-body movement assessment with specific emphasis on core and pelvic floor control. Following the assessment we will begin movement training, starting with breath mechanics and pelvic floor engagement.

Labor Strength—Breathing and Movement Workshop
A two-hour workshop for expectant mamas, hosted at Austin Yoga Lounge every other month. Learn essential breathing and movement techniques to support each stage of labor.

Many women unknowingly exercise in ways that create imbalances, instability and sometimes injury. Pregnancy has a way of highlighting these issues, which can result in pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti. But these conditions can be prevented with proper core engagement and smart, functional fitness.
